Formation of Corporation or Limited Liability Company | $350 plus state and local filing fees

Service includes:

• Drafting of articles of organization or incorporation
• Filing in Kentucky Secretary of State’s office and County Clerk’s office
• Drafting of By-Laws (for corporation) or Operating Agreement (for limited liability company) customized to you specific needs
• Obtain all federal, state and local tax registration numbers
• Provide registered agent service for one year (continuation after first year available for an annual fee)
