Charles W. Brooks, Jr.
For businesses and individuals desiring to start or acquire a new business it means helping the client avoid costly problems now and in the future through proactive and innovative planning.
For individuals or companies with existing legal problems, it means analyzing the issues, solutions and possible outcomes to fully apprise the client of the situation, not just tell the client what they want to hear so we can “get the case.” Only with such an exhaustive analysis and approach can the client fully decide what course to pursue. With the course selected, it means aggressively fighting for the clients goals and attaining the best outcome.
Charles W. Brooks Jr. has over 25 years of experience in private practice engaged exclusively in civil trial practice and business law.
